Musindo Dunira Hungwe

Musindo Dunira Hungwe is the senior and founding partner of MD Hungwe Attorneys at Law. He was admitted to practice on 25 February 2009 and brings extensive experience developed over more than a decade of legal practice.
His practice spans criminal litigation, civil and commercial litigation, corporate practice, contract negotiations, drafting and review, debt recovery, mining law, insurance law and conveyancing. He has also advised and represented clients in complex and high-value disputes and has developed a particular reputation for trial advocacy and criminal defence.
Musindo has previously practised with Chinyama and Partners and Mambosasa Legal Practitioners, where he handled, among other matters, debt-collection portfolios for banking clients. He later joined Kadzere, Hungwe & Mandevere, where he served as a partner before establishing MD Hungwe Attorneys at Law.
His corporate experience includes serving as a company secretary for Dande Capital Holdings Limited. He has also acted for clients in debt-collection matters and has undertaken contract negotiations, drafting and review for a range of clients.
Yeukai Chigodora

Yeukai Chigodora is an experienced legal practitioner whose practice is focused principally on civil and criminal law, with additional experience in labour law and general legal advisory work.
Before entering private practice, Yeukai served on the Magistrates' Bench for eleven years, including six years as a Provincial Magistrate. This experience provided her with substantial exposure to courtroom procedure, dispute resolution and the practical application of the law.
She commenced private practice with Caleb Mucheche and Partners in 2021, where she further developed her experience in labour law and litigation. She is a registered legal practitioner and conveyancer and is a member of the Law Society of Zimbabwe and the International Confederation of Women Lawyers.
